YOU DECIDE HOW TO SPREAD THE WORD:

A private Partner's Program web page will be created for members and supporters who choose to participate in funding your organization through their regular electric bill. You decide how to spread the word to members about participating in the program. That part is completely up to you. The more participants there are, the greater the monthly payment.
